When you request access to the Lighthouse investor portal, we collect:

Name (first name, last name, salutation)
Professional title and company / organisation
Email address
Mobile phone number
Date and time of consent

We also log your activity within the portal (documents viewed, downloaded, or requested by email) for security and compliance purposes.

Purpose and Legal Basis

Your personal data is processed on the basis of your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) for the following purposes:

Managing your access to the Lighthouse investor portal
Distributing investment research and related materials
Investor relationship management

Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your Lighthouse account is active. If access is not granted, data is deleted within 30 days. You may request deletion at any time.
